Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) was a actress turned model from India who mostly appeared in Hindi films. Ayesha Azmi won the Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for her starring part as a lead actress in Taarzan The Wonder Car. It also marked her debut as an actor. Her subsequent appearances include Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). While participating in an PETA India campaign, she signed an announcement that stated she is vegan. In 2006, the actress was named in the top 100 Most Beautiful Women of India.
